"Left my overly complicated requirements with Fred and the team while I sat on the opposite side of the world in Jakarta, confident that all was in hand. Fred passed the buck to the more than capable Sonia. I received an email on the Sunday, 2 days prior, asking whether all was in order, then on the Monday true to form and beyond my control a change of plans and delivery address. Quick email to Sonia and in spite of 7hr time difference prompt response confirming no problems with the change and all was in hand. One less thing to worry about in an otherwise stressful day! On the day email was received from Sonia asking for any last requirements or details, followed by confirmation that all had gone for delivery from storage. Thanks guys as ever you took the stress out of it all with great customer service and peace of mind."
