Dedicated Account Manager
When dealing with Attic you will no longer experience the frustration of speaking with someone who is unfamiliar with your account.
Attic will provide you with a dedicated account manager. While you can always speak to someone on site for assistance, you will always have one familiar point of contact who will facilitate your move in to our archive storage facility.
Your account manager will then be responsible for setting up your regular payment mechanism with you (for example, by direct debit) and will ensure all future queries and requirements are fulfilled.
When you need to retrieve documents and arrange a collection or delivery, this will be handled by your account manager. It couldn’t be simpler!
