Home Inventory: Moving home, or making space and using self storage? Don't lose track of where everything is!

Try using the attached file to keep a detailed inventory of your belongings. Number up your boxes, and then allocate them to a room; you will then know what is in each box, and can easily direct the removal team to place the correct boxes in the correct rooms. This makes unpacking far less stressful, and it's less likely you will lose anything!

Please also remember that many removal companies will require an inventory in the event of any insurance claim, and so having one prepared ahead of your move is very good idea.
