Simple. When you call, just tell us you want to make use of our End to End service. We then appoint a personal move co-ordinator, who will be your main point of contact throughout the entire process.
Your move co-ordinator will manage every aspect of your move, starting with the initial contact to determine your needs, followed by your home survey (if appropriate) and quote preparation right the way through to managing your move.
Attic will prepare a personalised quote for you based on your exact requirements. Once you have accepted our quote, your move co-ordinator will call you to re-confirm your move details, take a booking deposit and book your move in with our operations department.
That’s all there is to it! It really is that simple.
The highest priority of your move co-ordinator will always be to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you have total peace of mind; you have one single point of contact through which everything runs exactly as you planned it.
Flexible
The key point about our e2e service is the built-in flexibility it offers our clients. The aim is to provide you with the exact level of assistance you require for each stage of the move process. That extends to your packing options.
Owner packed service – if you would like to pack your items yourself, we can provide all the packing materials you require to assist you. This choice can be popular for those who are organised with well-planned moves months ahead of time, as the packing can be done slowly and conveniently according to your personal needs.
Fragile pack service – occasionally clients are happy to pack the bulkier items themselves, but want peace of mind that their most precious items (crockery, china, glasswear, pictures, ornaments etc) are packed properly by professionals. We supply those professionals along with the insurance to give you total peace of mind.
Full packing service – one of our moving teams will safely pack everything in your home. A convenient, all-in-one service that includes packing materials, this service is designed to save you time, money and effort.
Flexible packing services – if our services don’t match your needs, or you have specific and exacting needs, then we would be only too happy to oblige. Simply discuss your needs with your move co-ordinator.
