It makes total sense to insure your precious belongings at all times, and storage is no exception. It is a requirement both of our membership to the Self Storage Association and our own insurance policy that client’s goods always be insured while in storage with us.
Remember that items placed in self storage are done so at your own risk. Under the cover provided by our AtticSafe™ policy, actual loss of, damage or destruction to your property will remain subject to the insurance conditions of this policy at all times. Please note that irrespective of whether you take out our insurance cover, our liability for actual physical loss, destruction or damage to your property is limited by the terms of the storage licence agreement, also signed by you.
We urge you to make sure that you have read and understood all of the terms, conditions and exclusions of our AtticSafe™ policy before signing the storage licence agreement.
