24 hour Access Included in the Price
All our clients are entitled to 24 hour access at no extra charge. You get your own electronic PIN code that permits access to the facility out of hours via our electric gates / sliding doors / roller shutters, and what's more you can have as many individual PIN codes as you like for different users. We know the importance of having unfettered 24/7 access to your storage unit, 365 days a year and it's our mission to maintain clear access for you at all times. And we don't think you should have to pay for it either, unlike some of our competitors!
Secure - Every Unit Individually Alarmed
We know that along with access, security is the key concern for all self storage customers. So we have invested a considerable sum in our state of the art, digital CCTV systems, which encompass 24/7/365 remote monitoring. In addition, every single unit has it's own door alarm, which is disabled automatically when you log in to the facility. On leaving the facility, you will re-arm it automatically. And if that all wasn't enough, we also have a NACOSS Gold approved alarm system, with guaranteed police response backing up our very own Perimeter Defence System. So you can rest in the knowledge that your belongings or goods are stored safely!
Simple, Transparent Pricing
We have found, when mystery shopping our competitors, that salespeople can occasionally be a little economical with the truth in their efforts to win business. However, we pride ourselves on ensuring that what you see is what you get, and what we quote you is what you pay: we have all been frustrated in the past, having been quoted one number and finding you were being charged differently; having tried to book cheap flights only to find the total somehow trebled by the time you came to pay. Well there are no hidden extras at Attic; no booking fees, no reservation fees, no "admin" fees, no credit card fees, no out of hours access charges - in fact no access charges at all.
