Self Storage Terms & Conditions  

What are the conditions attached to making use of secure self storage in London?  Well that will vary according to the facility you choose, how professional they are and whether they are a member of the SSA UK (the Self Storage Association of the United Kingdom).

Here is a sample of our self storage licence agreement, which details the terms & conditions of storing with us in our London storage facility.  Please remember that this is only a guide, our terms and conditions can be updated at any time and you should contact the store in East London if you have any queries in this regard.  The contract itself is in the form laid down by the Self Storage Association of the United Kingdom, who retain the rights to the document.

Home Inventory  

Moving home, or making space and using self storage?  Don't lose track of where everything is, and make sure that when you place everything into storage in our London storage facility, you can locate it easily!

Try using the attached file to keep a detailed inventory of your belongings before placing them into storage.  Number up your boxes, and then allocate them to a room; you will then know what is in each box, and can easily direct the removal team to place the correct boxes in the correct rooms.  This makes unpacking far less stressful, and it's less likely you will lose anything!

Please also remember that while not a requirement for our AtticSafe self storage goods insurance policy, many removal companies will require an inventory in the event of any insurance claim, and so having one prepared ahead of your move is very good idea.
