No, it was no April Fool!
Having attended an evening at Number Ten, Attic's Managing Director sufficiently impressed the powers that be to be invited back to a more private meeting with 20 other businessmen and Gordon Brown, Lord Mandelson and Lord Myners.
Held in the G20 meeting room at Number 10, a healthy discussion ensued for 90 minutes, covering the Government's proposals for a Credit Adjudicator and how to address perceived gaps in the debt and funding markets.
The meeting gained some great press coverage, with our MD appearing on the evening news on BBC, ITV and Sky News.
