ATTIC SELF STORAGE WINS PRESTIGIOUS EUROPEAN CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD
Attic Self Storage, an independent self storage provider based in Bow, East London has won the prestigious ‘Best Customer Service Award’ at the 2012 European Self Storage Awards.
The Customer Service category was open to any individual, facility or self storage company in Europe that had demonstrated excellence in the provision of customer service. Sponsored by Active Supply & Design (CDM) Limited, the award was one of the most competitive receiving the highest number of entries from self storage operators from more than five European countries.
Hosted in Budapest by the Federation of European Self Storage Associations (FEDESSA) and the Self Storage Association United Kingdom (SSA UK), the prestigious awards ceremony was attended by more than 250 delegates from across Europe.
Rodney Walker, CEO of the SSA UK and member of the judging panel, comments “Despite being a relatively small operator with a team of only four full time staff, the team at Attic provide 24/7 care for their customers, ensuring that all needs are met, from watering plants to helping with removals. The awards concluded the European Self Storage Conference themed "Self Storage in Challenging Times" and focussed on recognising and rewarding the industry’s most significant assets – the people who make the companies, facilities and businesses successful.
