Our customer service here at Attic is legendary, and we have already been recognised by the Federation of European Self Storage Associations with the 2012 customer service award, beating entrants from across Europe.
We all know how rare it is these days for anyone to take a couple of minutes to thank someone for a job well done. It does happen though, every now and again, but this morning our team was greeted with a surprise from a client who used both our self storage and removals services, and was so happy they felt obliged to let us know in a big way.
As a Director of both Attic Self Storage and Attic Removals I am extremely proud of our team and the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction they are capable of. We all have tough days but today the sun is shining on our team more than any other - thank you Tahira for making the team's efforts worthwhile and showing your appreciation!
