Outstanding Customer Satisfaction

The In-House Outstanding Customer Satisfaction gold award was given to Attic Self Storage in 2016 following a survey of their customers.



How the survey results are assessed

The collected results were input to Net Promoter®, a tool which measures customer experience and predicts business growth. It is a proven metric and provides the core measurement for customer experience management programs around the world.

The core metric of this program is to measure the customers’ overall perception of the brand, the customers’ journey and an actionable view of the customer experience, and whether the customer would recommend Attic Self Storage to others.

The gold award is only provided to customers who achieve a Net Promoter Score® in excess of 65 or above, which was easily achieved by the Attic Self Storage customer service team.
