We really want to provide our customers with an excellent storage experience and so we try to provide as many facilities on site as possible to make the storage process simple and easy-to-use.
Storage units are not always the easiest places to receive a mobile signal. You’re surrounded by steel storage unit walls remember! But we know that staying connected is essential, particularly for our business customers. So we offer complimentary, commercial-grade WiFi to all our customers at all our sites. So whether you need to be in and out of your unit frequently or you just want to take your time to move in, you can be certain to remain connected – if you want to, that is!
Sometimes there might be something that you need help with. Don’t worry, although you can access your unit whenever you need to – our staff is on-site 7 days a week and ready to help with any questions that you might have.
Parking is hard to come by – all our sites have free spaces for unloading and loading. The space is right next to the main entrance to the units and you can make use of our trollies if you have anything heavy to carry.
If you need power or light in your unit to work with then please do mention this to a member of our team and they will be able to make sure that you have a unit that meets your needs. You can do this after you have checked in.
We have several trolleys for free use on site. You will find them near the main entrance and close to the lifts. They will fit easily into our lifts. We just ask that you return them to where you found them when you’re finished so that the next person can locate them.
Our site is located outside both the Congestion Charging and Ultra Low Emission Zones meaning that, provided you are not crossing central London to get to us, then you will not have to pay the daily charge. You can download a map to your phone if you’re uncertain how to get to us.
All of our sites have free, clean toilets that are available 24 hours a day. So if you need to spend longer than expected in your unit – don’t panic.
We have and maintain a working defibrillator on each of our sites. If the worst should happen then our first aiders are trained to use these and the emergency services also have full access for any local emergency.
